Writing an Effective Scope of Work – free AESP Webinar recording
Developing an effective Scope of Work (SOW) can be challenging. Sometimes, SOWs are too vague and lack critical details. Other times, requirements are overly prescriptive and limit vendor innovation. A poor SOW creates a “tumbling dominoes” effect that can directly result in harmful project outcomes. This webinar recording will identify the (surprisingly simple!) elements of an effective SOW. Scoping templates & procedures will be provided for attendees to use on their own projects. Examples of the most common SOW mistakes will also be shared from a variety of project types.
