Suitable for program managers who are new to the role or who have a few years’ experience.  Policy professionals, program planners/designers, marketers, evaluators and energy professionals in related areas who desire a comprehensive understanding of the program lifecycle and processes.

This course is designed for those who presently manage, or will manage, energy efficiency and DSM programs.  Ten hours of learning will be supplemented by interactive group activities and handouts to ensure retention of the information, put to practice the thought processes required, and not be bored!
