Designing and Refining Programs through the Lens of Your Customer’s Journey

Our industry is constantly seeking innovative solutions to an age-old problem—how do we motivate customers to save energy when it is often the last thing on their mind?

Customer journey mapping is a method that many industries use to discover and improve products, services, and messaging that not only meet customer needs, but also truly speak to the customer’s perspective - their thoughts, feelings, and predicaments. This webinar will provide something for those who are completely new to journey mapping and those who are deeply familiar with the method. The speakers will review the fundamentals of journey mapping and then continue with concrete examples of how it has been used in the energy efficiency industry. They will then provide examples of three distinct uses of journey mapping in the EE industry—implementation, evaluation and marketing -- and conclude with a discussion on new horizons for uses of this method.
