AESP’s Summer Conference is doing the cat-herding job for you, so to speak. Sheraton Centre Toronto, 123 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON Reservations can be made directly with Sheraton Reservations at 1-888-627-7175. Individuals need to state that they are with AESP 2017 Summer Event to receive special group rates or book online at https://www.starwoodmeeting.com/Book/AH26AB. A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold each guest's reservation at the time of reservation. Full refund of this deposit will be given to cancellations received until 72 hours prior to arrival.  A $50 early departure fee will apply if an attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date.

The room block will be honored until the room block is full or August 11, 2017 and the room rate is $219.  CAD per night.

  Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received by 8/7/17, will receive a refund, minus a $150 processing fee. If using Points, there will be a 1 Point cancellation fee. Cancellations received after 8/7/17 & no shows will not receive a refund (cash or Points). AESP reserves the right to cancel a training course at any time with reasonable notice given to all participants. If a program is canceled, refunds will be paid in full for training course canceled or you may reschedule attendance in the next available training course. In the event of a cancellation, AESP is not responsible for non-refundable airfares, other airfare penalties, or travel charges you may incur.
