“Knowledge is power. When you understand the process, you can choose what you want to do, delegate what you don’t like to do, push it to others…or outsource it! More importantly, you can talk like a boss. I say it again, knowledge is power.” – anonymous Utility Program Manager

Oh, all right, we admit it, we made that quote up to get your attention. No one we know talks like that. However, we’re pretty sure that many of you will secretly agree with some part of it i.e. that bit about talking with more confidence when you have knowledge backing you up.

This is one goal of AESP’s "Utilities Only" DSM Program Manager Workshop. The other goal is equipping you with all the necessary tools to successfully manage a DSM program, or your portion of it. This very thorough 1.5 day Program Manager Workshop will teach you everything you need to know in order to research, plan, design, launch, market, evaluate and report on a DSM program. It’s a start-to-finish, A-to-Z, soup to nuts on program management.

We really can’t think of another way you can acquire all this knowledge, unless you have very patient colleagues from all the different areas to teach you. And even if you do have great colleagues, will they have snazzy handouts, interactive group activities (with prizes to be won!) and entertaining, non-snoozy trainers who will ensure that you retain the information? AESP’s Program Manager Workshop has all these and more.

Whether your goal is to talk like a boss, be the boss, or simply master your job, “the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” (Lao Tzu actually said that) so register today for AESP’s DSM Program Manager Workshop.  (We said that.)

Suitable for:
Program managers who are new to the role or who have a few years’ experience.
