In this session we’ll tell you about a marketing campaign that drove a steep increase in rebate redemption and a growth in familiarity with National Grid’s energy efficiency offerings by 30%. The campaign was developed utilizing a propensity model which identified customers most likely to participate based on many factors including neighborhood influence, lot/building size, social status and financial situation. It also built upon the success of existing local neighborhood advertising venues. This resulted in a very successful media mix consisting of hyper-targeted digital and high impact out-of-home in high propensity neighborhoods to achieve cost effective results.
