To Review Information from the 2005 AESP Technology Symposium: www.marketdevelop.com/docs/AESPTechSymposium.htm

Background:  The Association of Energy Services Professionals (AESP) will again present this two-day symposium first presented last year.  In 2005, 18 technology partners and over 150 attendees participated in this symposium designed to help industry professionals learn about  technologies being used to deliver innovative energy services programs related to energy efficiency, pricing, demand response, load control, etc.  As a non-profit association, AESP is uniquely positioned to provide a credible forum where technology vendors and energy professionals can meet, network and learn in a no pressure environment.  Attendees have the advantage of hearing presentations on many technologies at one time in one business trip.  Technology providers will have the opportunity to make one trip and meet with a number of potential customers.

Agenda:  The agenda will be developed with the Technology Partners in a similar manner as last year.  To see the 2005 agenda, go to: http://marketdevelop.com/docs/ProgramAgenda.htm.

Target Audience: In 2005, over 150 professionals attended this event.  Attendees included utility professionals responsible for program design, implementation, marketing and evaluation for their utility’s residential, small commercial and large commercial and industrial customers.  For a glimpse of the 2005 registrant list, go to: http://aesp.affiniscape.com/associations/5980/files/AESP%5FTechSymp%5FGlimpse%2Exls .

Proceedings: A Symposium Guide and Proceedings that includes all presentations and Technology Partner descriptions will be electronically published and distributed at no additional cost to all AESP members and other energy industry professionals.

Location: SCE’s CTAC is a 44,000 square-foot facility that includes seven technology centers, two classrooms, a computer lab, and a theater-style conference center. Take an online tour at: www.sce.com/RebatesandSavings/EnergyCenters/CTAC/TourofEdisonCTAC/default.htm.
